What is Danasyariah.id?
Danasyariah.id is a Sharia-based Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Financing Fintech that focuses on funding and financing for property project developers.
Danasyariah.id was established in 2017, registered with OJK on June 8, 2018, and licensed by OJK on February 23, 2021. DSI also has a Sharia Supervisory Board from DSN-MUI.
What are the Products of Danasyariah.id?
There are 2 service products in Danasyariah.id:
1. Lender
A service where users can become lenders to ongoing funding projects.
2. Financing recipient
A service where users can become financing recipients/borrowers for projects that require funding under applicable terms and conditions.
There are 3 derivative products from the Financing Recipient product, namely: Construction Funds, Multipurpose Funds, and Smartfast Funds.

Does Danasyariah.id Provide Consumptive Cash Loan Facilities?
Danasyariah.id currently does not provide consumptive cash loan services or online loans (pindar) or unsecured loans (KTA). We only provide financing to property players such as developers and contractors who have collateral in the form of certified assets.
What is the Business Contract Flow of Danasyariah.id?
Danasyariah.id Business Contracts use the following 2 contracts:
1. Murabahah Contract:
The Murabahah contract, according to DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, is a sale and purchase contract where the seller purchases an item in their own name, then sells it to the buyer (customer) at a price that includes an agreed profit.
2. Wakalah Bil Ujroh Contract:
The Wakalah Bil Ujroh contract, according to DSN-MUI Fatwa No.113/DSN-MUI/IX/2017, is a wakalah contract accompanied by a fee or ujrah, where the representative acts on behalf of the principal and receives compensation for the service provided.
What are the Risks of Funding in Danasyariah.id?
The possibility of losses on the funding provided by the lender. In this case, the risks include but are not limited to:
1. Delayed Payment of Returns
2. Delayed Return of Principal Funding
3. Unpredictable execution process of collateral in terms of time and price
