This service is ideal for those needing financing to renovate or build a home on their land, with installment periods of up to 10 years.

Registration Requirements :
1.  Indonesia Citizen.
2.  Minimum age of 21 and maximum age of 55 (60 years for entrepreneurs) at the time of full repayment.
3.  The property to be purchased must be located within the territory of Indonesia (NKRI) and comply with Danasyariah's policies.
4.  The land must have a SHM (Certificate of Ownership) or SHGB (Right to Build Certificate).
  For home renovation under the name of the applicant or their spouse.
  For home construction under the applicant's name, their spouse, or their parents.
5.  Employment as an employee or entrepreneur, with income recorded in a savings account.
6.  Maximum financing value of Rp 2 billion.
7.  Completion of the assessment process.

    7. Every fraud is recorded digitally on the internet and can be known to the public on social media.
    8. Users must read and understand this information before making a decision to become a Lender or Borrower.
    9. The Government, in this case the Financial Services Authority, is not responsible for any violation or non-compliance by Users, either Fund Providers or Fund Recipients (whether due to the User's intention or negligence) with regard to the provisions of laws and regulations or agreements or contracts between the Organizer and Lender and/or Borrower.
    10. Every transaction and financing activity or implementation of an agreement regarding financing or involving the Organizer, Funder and/or Fund Recipient must be carried out through an escrow account and virtual account as required by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 10/POJK.05/2022 concerning Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Services and violations or non-compliance with these provisions are evidence of a violation of the law by the Organizer so that the Organizer is obliged to bear compensation suffered by each User as a direct result of the violation of the law above without reducing the rights of Users who suffer losses according to the Civil Code.
    11. If you contact and or are contacted by a telephone number/Whatsapp and or social media account outside the telephone number/Whatsapp and or official social media account of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia, then all risks will be your responsibility and PT Dana Syariah Indonesia will be released from all responsibility for the consequences arising from the communication/interaction/chat.
