Jakarta – Danasyariah, in collaboration with Rumah123.com, successfully held the Developer Networking Catch Up event at Hotel Grand Tjokro, Bandung, on December 6, 2024. With the theme “Designing Business and Financing Strategies for 2025 for Property Entrepreneurs,” the event attracted more than 50 property developers from Bandung and its surrounding areas.

The event was opened by Marisa Jaya, a Real Estate Analyst from Rumah123.com, who delivered an analysis of national and local property market trends. In her session, Marisa shared the latest developments in the property industry in Bandung, providing valuable insights to help developers craft the right business strategies to face the challenges and seize opportunities in the upcoming year.

Following this, Taufan Bahari, a Business Coach and Financial Modeler, shared strategic tips on reaching potential customers and successfully closing deals. Taufan offered practical advice that could be directly applied to property businesses.

Then, Salman Alfarisie, Marketing Manager of Danasyariah presented the sharia-based financing services offered by Danasyariah. He emphasized how these services could serve as beneficial alternative solutions for property developers to meet their project financing needs.

The event concluded with an interactive talk show and Q&A session, providing participants with the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers. This session served as a platform to gain deeper insights and discuss various challenges faced within the property industry.

Through this event, Danasyariah reaffirmed its commitment to being a strategic partner for property developers. The event not only served as a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences but also strengthened the collaboration between property developers and Danasyariah as a sharia-based property financing provider.

    6. Borrowers must consider the rate of return and other costs according to their ability to repay the financing.
    7. Every fraud is recorded digitally on the internet and can be known to the public on social media.
    8. Users must read and understand this information before making a decision to become a Lender or Borrower.
    9. The Government, in this case the Financial Services Authority, is not responsible for any violation or non-compliance by Users, either Fund Providers or Fund Recipients (whether due to the User's intention or negligence) with regard to the provisions of laws and regulations or agreements or contracts between the Organizer and Lender and/or Borrower.
    10. Every transaction and financing activity or implementation of an agreement regarding financing or involving the Organizer, Funder and/or Fund Recipient must be carried out through an escrow account and virtual account as required by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 10/POJK.05/2022 concerning Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Services and violations or non-compliance with these provisions are evidence of a violation of the law by the Organizer so that the Organizer is obliged to bear compensation suffered by each User as a direct result of the violation of the law above without reducing the rights of Users who suffer losses according to the Civil Code.
    11. If you contact and or are contacted by a telephone number/Whatsapp and or social media account outside the telephone number/Whatsapp and or official social media account of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia, then all risks will be your responsibility and PT Dana Syariah Indonesia will be released from all responsibility for the consequences arising from the communication/interaction/chat. PT Dana Syariah Indonesia does not have/appoint or cooperate with any party to use other than the telephone number/Whatsapp and or official social media account of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia contained on this site to contact you.

      3. Fintech Data Center (FDC) established by the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI), for the purposes of reporting your financing data as a Fund Recipient at PT Dana Syariah Indonesia;
      4. other parties related to the business activities of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia; and
      5. Financial Services Authority, Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center, and other authorized parties in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
