Jakarta, December 12, 2024 – Danasyariah once again demonstrated its commitment to advancing Islamic financial literacy in Indonesia. During the closing ceremony of the 2024 National Fintech Month (BFN), held at the Glass House, Ritz Carlton, Pacific Place, Jakarta, Danasyariah was honored with the recognition of "The Most Active Contributor." This recognition was awarded for Danasyariah's active participation in organizing educational activities throughout BFN, which took place from November 11 to December 12, 2024.
Throughout BFN, Danasyariah successfully conducted 12 outreach, literacy, and educational programs, both online and offline. These programs reached participants from various regions, both within and outside the city. In total, more than 6,500 participants and viewers benefited from these educational activities.
In carrying out these initiatives, Danasyariah collaborated with various stakeholders, including the Indonesian Sharia Fintech Association (AFSI), the Islamic Economic Society (MES), and several property associations such as REI, Apersi, and Himperra. Danasyariah also partnered with media platforms such as Rumah123.com Group and SmartFM to expand the reach of its education efforts to a wider audience.
These activities served as an opportunity for Danasyariah to introduce its flagship products to potential lenders and financing recipients. Moreover, the moment was utilized to provide literacy to the public about the use of fintech-based financial services, with the hope of enabling more people to access these services.
National Fintech Month (BFN) is an annual program initiated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in collaboration with the Indonesian Fintech Association (AFTECH), the Indonesian Sharia Fintech Association (AFSI), and the Indonesian Peer-to-Peer Lending Association (AFPI). This initiative is held to commemorate National Fintech Day every November 11 and aims to increase financial literacy and inclusion among Indonesians.
Danasyariah's success in receiving this recognition highlights its commitment to supporting Islamic financial literacy and strengthening the development of an inclusive and beneficial Islamic fintech ecosystem for society.
