Danasyariah and BPRS HIK Parahyangan Officially Establish Cooperation

Jakarta – PT Danasyariah Indonesia (Danasyariah) and PT BPRS HIK Parahyangan (BPRS HIK Parahyangan) have officially formed a strategic partnership by signing a cooperation agreement on Thursday, February 13, 2025. The signing ceremony took place at the BPRS HIK Parahyangan office, located at Jl. Percobaan No. 1, Cileunyi, Bandung Regency.

The agreement was signed by the President Director of Danasyariah, Taufiq Aljufri, and the Business Director of BPRS HIK Parahyangan, Achmad Saifoel Ghozi. The event was also attended by representatives from both companies, including Danasyariah’s GM of Business, Madjid Abdillah, as well as BPRS HIK Parahyangan’s Head of Digitalization Division, Avi Avitianti, and Fintech Product Supervisor, Derry Rhamdona.

A Strategic Partnership in Sharia Financing

This collaboration includes channeling and referral schemes for Danasyariah’s two main financing products, Dana Konstruksi and Dana Smartfast. These short-term financing products are designed to support the property sector and other businesses.

With this partnership, Danasyariah becomes the fourth sharia fintech company to collaborate with BPRS HIK Parahyangan, following previous partnerships with Alami, Ethis, and Duha Syariah.

Danasyariah’s President Director, Taufiq Aljufri, emphasized that this cooperation holds strategic value for Danasyariah, particularly in strengthening its financing portfolio in the property sector.

"The partnership with BPRS HIK Parahyangan is an important step for Danasyariah. We hope to learn from BPRS HIK Parahyangan’s experience in property financing. Moreover, this collaboration aligns with regulatory directives encouraging fintech companies to establish stronger partnerships with professional and institutional lenders. Currently, Danasyariah’s lenders are still dominated by retail or individual funders," said Taufiq.

Echoing this sentiment, BPRS HIK Parahyangan’s Business Director, Achmad Saifoel Ghozi, welcomed this partnership.
