Danasyariah Attends the Inauguration and Regional Work Meeting of PI Lampung 2025

Jakarta – The Regional Board (DPD) of Pengembang Indonesia (PI) Lampung Province held the Inauguration of its Management and Regional Work Meeting (Rakerda) at the EMERSIA Hotel Ballroom, Bandar Lampung. The event was attended by approximately 50 participants, including PI Lampung board members and members, property ecosystem stakeholders, and other invited guests.

This inauguration marks a significant moment for PI Lampung in formulating strategies and work programs for the next five years to support sustainable property development in the region. The series of activities included the inauguration of the new management for the 2025–2030 period, a workshop titled “Challenges and Opportunities for Developers”, and a work meeting discussing strategic programs for PI Lampung members.

On this occasion, Danasyariah was also present and had the opportunity to deliver a presentation on the various advantages of its property financing products and services. Salman Alfarisie, Marketing & Promotion Manager at Danasyariah, explained that Danasyariah's property financing services could serve as an alternative solution for developers in need of short-term financing.

The Chairman of DPD PI Lampung, Berkat Arpanto, welcomed Danasyariah's presence at the event. "We appreciate the support and presence of Danasyariah at this inauguration and Rakerda of PI Lampung. Danasyariah can be an alternative option for PI Lampung members to meet their business development financing needs," said Berkat Arpanto.

    6. Borrowers must consider the rate of return and other costs according to their ability to repay the financing.
    7. Every fraud is recorded digitally on the internet and can be known to the public on social media.
    8. Users must read and understand this information before making a decision to become a Lender or Borrower.
    9. The Government, in this case the Financial Services Authority, is not responsible for any violation or non-compliance by Users, either Fund Providers or Fund Recipients (whether due to the User's intention or negligence) with regard to the provisions of laws and regulations or agreements or contracts between the Organizer and Lender and/or Borrower.
    10. Every transaction and financing activity or implementation of an agreement regarding financing or involving the Organizer, Funder and/or Fund Recipient must be carried out through an escrow account and virtual account as required by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 10/POJK.05/2022 concerning Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Services and violations or non-compliance with these provisions are evidence of a violation of the law by the Organizer so that the Organizer is obliged to bear compensation suffered by each User as a direct result of the violation of the law above without reducing the rights of Users who suffer losses according to the Civil Code.
    11. If you contact and or are contacted by a telephone number/Whatsapp and or social media account outside the telephone number/Whatsapp and or official social media account of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia, then all risks will be your responsibility and PT Dana Syariah Indonesia will be released from all responsibility for the consequences arising from the communication/interaction/chat.       3. Fintech Data Center (FDC) established by the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI), for the purposes of reporting your financing data as a Fund Recipient at PT Dana Syariah Indonesia;
      4. other parties related to the business activities of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia; and
      5. Financial Services Authority, Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center, and other authorized parties in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
