anasyariah and BPRS PNM Mentari Officially Establish Strategic Partnership
Jakarta, PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (Dana Syariah) has officially entered into a strategic partnership with PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) PNM Mentari through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) held on Friday (April 11) at Dana Syariah’s head office, located on the 12th floor of Prosperity Tower, SCBD, Jakarta.
This collaboration aims to expand access to Sharia-based financing services for the public, particularly for business actors and property developers, through the utilization of Dana Syariah’s financial technology platform.
The agreement was signed by Taufiq Aljufri, President Director of Dana Syariah, and Muhammad Haikal, President Director of BPRS PNM Mentari. Under this partnership, BPRS PNM Mentari will act as a single investor and channel its financing through the Dana Syariah platform using a channeling scheme.
“This partnership is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to expanding the reach of Sharia-based financing, while upholding the principles of prudence, transparency, and benefits for society," said Taufiq Aljufri
The financing products offered under this collaboration include Dana Smartfast, intended for working capital for business owners, and Dana Konstruksi, aimed at financing construction and infrastructure needs for property developers.
Muhammad Haikal added, “We believe that this synergy with Dana Syariah will open greater opportunities for BPRS PNM Mentari to deliver efficient, technology-based Sharia-compliant financing services.”
The agreement will remain in effect for two years, with annual evaluations and potential extensions based on mutual agreement. The targeted financing areas include Jakarta, Banten, West Java, and southern parts of Sumatra.
This partnership is expected to become a key driver in the growth of the Sharia economy while also enhancing Sharia financial inclusion in Indonesia.
