Danasyariah Supports the 2nd Regional Conference (Musda II) of Himperra DKI Jakarta

Jakarta – The Regional Board (DPD) of the Association of Settlement and Housing Developers (Himperra) DKI Jakarta successfully held its 2nd Regional Conference (Musda II) at RA Suites Simatupang Hotel, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (April 17, 2024). The event was attended by approximately 100 participants, including the central and regional board members of Himperra, members of Himperra DKI Jakarta, as well as invited guests from various stakeholders, including regulators and financial institutions.

The Musda served not only as a platform for organizational consolidation but also as a strategic forum to strengthen synergy among players in the housing industry. The agenda featured welcoming remarks and presentations from representatives of the Governor of DKI Jakarta and the Jakarta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), as well as a seminar that included speakers from the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), and representatives from financial institutions.

Danasyariah actively supported and participated in this event. Represented by Marketing Manager Salman Alfarisie, Danasyariah took the opportunity to present the company’s range of sharia-based property financing products. In addition to the presentation, Danasyariah also set up a dedicated booth to engage with participants interested in learning more about its financing services and schemes.

During the Musda, Iwan Hermawan was elected by acclamation as the new Chairman of DPD Himperra DKI Jakarta for the upcoming term. In his speech, Iwan expressed his commitment to push for the development of 5,000 units of subsidized housing, most of which will be built in Jakarta’s surrounding areas such as Depok, Bekasi, Bogor, Tangerang, Serang, and Karawang.

He also extended his appreciation to Danasyariah for its contribution and support in the implementation of the event.
